This sweet family of 3 (5 when you include their 2 husky mixes) have visited the Islands of Hawaii every year since Tristan was born and wanted to keep that tradition going, even through COVID. They hurried and planned their wedding very last minute as their intended elopement date was less than 10 days away from their original inquiry. They all love spending time together outside which is why this adventurous elopement just made sense! Dericka looked through my work and she instantly fell in love so in order to comply with that famous saying “happy wife, happy life”, Adrien decided to reach out to me. And I couldn’t have been more happy or honored to be there for them and capture the sweetest intimate family elopement on the beautiful island of Kauai. Tristan’s favorite part was definitely running in the sand dunes on the beach – and giving his parents heart attacks by standing really close to the shoreline when the waves were huge and powerful. But ultimately – the sound of laughter went along perfectly with the sound of the ocean.
