This was an incredible sunrise session. As a Hawaii engagement photographer, I strive to make special occasions feel as momentous and carefree as possible!

Adesa met his now wife Guri, who’s from Sweden, years ago at a house party with some of their surfing friends. They quickly fell in love with each other and got engaged in a matter of months. I love that they decided to incorporate surfboards from Island Palm Studio and the pic-nic set up with a Wind and Sea umbrella.

Although I am not a fan of sunrise sessions ( I think we all know this at this point) We got so lucky that morning as clouds rolled over Laie and gave us the best, moodiest lighting ever!

They eventually went and had an intimate ceremony in Stockholm, however they are now back on island and I can not wait to see their love grow and get to capture them again at all different stages of their lives. PSA : PLEASE, PLEAAAAASE BRING PROPS TO YOUR SESSION. I mean, What better way to personalize your shoot and let your personality shine through?!

I just can’t get over how amazing our pictures turned out! Bea is not only the best photographer that I have encountered, but she is also an incredible person. The pictures were amazing, and our experience was perfect! The shoot was completely relaxed, easy, and fun! I will cherish every moment she captured. Her work far exceeded our expectations. She has a true natural talent for photography and was able to capture every special moment that meant the world to us. I can’t stop looking at our pictures!! Can not wait to use her again! I highly recommend her!
