Sam and I have been following each other on Instagram for a while and inquired with me to book a couple’s session with her boyfriend Clay while they were on vacation on the Big Island.

While planning her session, we discussed multiple locations. She had previously never been to Kona before! So we chose Alula Beach for their spot! This is another reason why you should pick a photographer that has the experience necessary to advise you on where you should have your session.

We went up and down the beach, stopping at every little cute spot. They spent their time giggling, laughing, and loving each other, the perfect end to a perfect day!

I am truly in awe that I get to do this for a living. Each couple is so unique and so beautiful. And so are their stories. The fact that they trust me to capture some of their life’s most precious moments will never get lost on me. It’s just so special and I am eternally grateful for their faith in me.
