Talk about the universe really rooting for two people. I go to photograph Janese and Steven’s Oahu elopement a couple of months ago and I honestly cried when they shared their life story.

Fun Fact! This was actually the second time they were getting married.. to each other! They had gotten married when they were young, and right out of college. They went on to have two beautiful daughters together. But as time went by and as the highs and lows of life went on, they filed for divorce. After it was finalized, Steven could not bare to lose the woman of his dreams, the love of his life. So he proposed to her 6 weeks after their divorce – AND SHE SAID YES.

They decided to elope on Oahu, just the two of them with their daughters, and Janese’s mom. You could tell just how much they loved each other. The tears were flowing during the ceremony which was beautifully led by Elias.

This is a reminder to all my single girlies out there – IF HE WANTED TO, HE WOULD.

Bea is by far one of the best photographers I have worked and trust me, I have worked with quite a few from my engagement pictures, wedding, honeymoon, vacation, babymoon, newborn session and so on. I found Bea while I was researching destination photographers in Hawaii for our elopement. Looking at her work I was so drawn to how effortlessly she captured each couple’s love for each other and how romantic it was. People say a picture is worth a thousand words and Bea sure knows how to capture it! So without hesitation I booked Bea and I thought how amazing it was that she worked with us and helped picked the perfect location for our destination elopement. Prior to us meeting, I shared with her what I wanted and what my vision was and Bea definitely executed. We got to know each other within such a short amount of time and she is so funny too! My husband and I kept on laughing and now I know why she’s able to capture a couple’s story. I highly recommend Bea because she won’t let you down, whatever the occasion may be. She will make you feel at ease and you will feel so comfortable that your pictures will turn out amazing and not stiff at all. She won’t rush you and will make sure to capture the moment at every angle. Your wedding day is one of the most important days and every couple should have that day perfectly captured for a lifetime of memories. I only wished she was located in California because I would use her for all my life events!
