Cale + John | Sheraton Kona Elopement on the Big Island, HAWAII
Cale and John have known each other for over 12 years and recently reached out to me to capture their spontaneous elopement on the Big Island of Hawaii! What I love about elopement photography is that, in their simplicity, what shines is the love between the couple. This was the case of Cale and John’s, who shared their vows in the intimacy of the officiant, the afternoon golden hour, the ocean mist, and me. I love the idea of starting a new day and a new stage in a relationship at the same time. During the customized ceremony, the grooms exchanged beautiful vows, had a meditation moment as a family, and spoke words of love and affirmation for the two of them. Their ceremony was incredibly touching and spiritual, lead by Auntie Tutu on the scenic cliffs of the Sheraton Kona resort.
